blockMesh: Added edge projection

New functionality contributed by Mattijs Janssens:
  - new edge projection: projectCurve for use with new geometry
    'searchableCurve'
  - new tutorial 'pipe'
  - naming of vertices and blocks (see pipe tutorial). Including back
    substitution for error messages.
