78977d3259 systemDict: Added support for system as the default directory for the -dict option 
With this change both

    blockMesh -dict fineBlockMeshDict
    blockMesh -dict system/fineBlockMeshDict

are supported, if the system/ path is not specified it is assumed

d57d36b30e subsetMesh: Added -noFields option 
With the -noFields option the mesh is subset but the fields are not changed.
This is useful when the field fields have been created to correspond to the mesh
after the mesh subset.

97309e5538 potentialFreeSurfaceFoam: Merged with potentialFreeSurfaceDyMFoam 
potentialFreeSurfaceFoam can now run with static or dynamic meshes selected in the
constant/dynamicMeshDict dictionary.
