Henry Weller 685afaafbf changeDictionary: Simplified by removing the need for the superfluous dictionaryReplacement sub-dictionary

Added the option '-subDict' to specify a sub-dictionary if multiple
replacement sets are present in the same file.  This also provides
backward compatibility by setting '-subDict dictionaryReplacement'

The 0/ field files contain nonsense patchFields. All interesting
work is done using the changeDictionaryDicts.
