interFoam family: Added run-time selectable LTS support
LTS is selected by the ddt scheme e.g. in the
tutorials/multiphase/interFoam/ras/DTCHull case:
ddtSchemes

default localEuler rDeltaT;
}
LTSInterFoam is no longer needed now that interFoam includes LTS
support.
