The default patch types specified in the new defaultPatchTypes entry of the
etc paraFoam configuration dictionaries:
defaultPatchTypes (patch wall);
Wildcards are supported, for example to specify that all patches loaded simply set
defaultPatchTypes to
defaultPatchTypes (".*");
