STYLE: slight cleanup of paraview make

Browse Source 
- align comments in ParaView3Functions with ParaViewFunctions
  (makes it easier to spot differences)

- mention '-buildType' option in usage
- fix the version extraction reporting
- drop broken date-stamp check

STYLE: align some naming in makeCCMIO with other files
