ENH: Added contact resistance to multi-world. See #1535.

- added contact resistance to turbulentTemperatureCoupledBaffleMixed
- added basic multi-world to turbulentTemperatureRadCoupledMixed
- added unit-testcase to $FOAM_APP/test/multiWorld
