ENH: forceCoeffs FO updated following update to use functionObjectState

Properties stored in state dictionary:
- Moment coefficient: Cm
- Drag coefficient: Cd
- Lift coefficient: Cl
- Front lift coefficient: Cl(f)
- Rear lift coefficient: Cl(r)
