ENH: 'Math' namespace for mathematical functions

Browse Source 
- centralises existing functions (erfInv, incGamma*, invIncGamma*).
  Provides a location for additional functions in the future.

- adjusted existing models to use these functions
  (e.g. distributionModels::normal)
