ENH: adjust fileName methods for similarity to std::filesystem::path

- stem(), replace_name(), replace_ext(), remove_ext() etc

- string::contains() method - similar to C++23 method

  Eg,
      if (keyword.contains('/')) ...
  vs
      if (keyword.find('/') != std::string::npos) ...
