BUG: writeMorpherCPs expects a controlBoxes entry

The controlBoxes wordList was removed from NURBS3DVolume in the
pre-release phase but writeMorpherCPs was not updated accordingly.

TUT: added the invocation of writeMorpherCPs in one of the tutotials to
help identify future regression
