COMP: combine uindirectPrimitivePatch.H into indirectPrimitivePatch.H

- similarly combine typedef headers for primitiveFacePatch,
  foamVtkUIndPatchWriter, foamVtkUIndPatchGeoFieldsWriter etc
  (reduce file clutter)
