more consistent naming convention for aliases
...
- old-style (left untouched for now):
app, lib, run, sol, tut, util
- new-style:
foamApps, foamLib, foamRun, foamSol, foamTut, foamUtils
- additional aliases:
userApps, whichFoam
NB: ideally we'd have 'foamSrc' instead of 'src'.
Do we really need 'foamsrc' and 'foamfv' anyhow?

Added -qmake option to specify the location of qmake which defaults to the system one.

The Qt version is now checked for >= 4.3.

renamed buildParaView3.5-cvs -> buildParaView and reworked
...
- get version from $ParaView_VERSION or from -version option
- added QT gui support (useful when compiling enGrid)
- update files for finding cmake-2.6.4 as well
- added bin/engridFoam for calling a version of enGrid that uses the
paraview libraries compiled with/for OpenFOAM
- added foam3rdParty change directory alias
