Mark Olesen	1e82e1a1dd	CONFIG: use ThirdParty boost, FFTW instead of system versions ... - many systems may not have boost or FFTW installed, or in an older version. Using ThirdParty for them should lead to a more robust build process.	2016-07-05 16:15:03 +02:00
