cf5ae6d629 ENH: Use concavity check based on face planes. 
A cell is concave if there is a face whose face-centre is outside the plane of any other face on the cell.
Another option is to check for any vertices being         outside      ,,    ,,
but this is not consistent with current tracking.

ffc9d0d97b find/replace pi/180.0 -> degToRad() and 180.0/pi -> radToDeg() 
- note left utilities/mesh/advanced/collapseEdges/collapseEdges.C as-is.
  It looks suspicious, but the change was recent, so maybe it means something

7544164d53 regIOobject, Hasher, IOobject tweak 
- regIOobject: don't re-register an unregister object on rename/assignment
- Hasher: split-off HasherInt with uint32_t specializations
- IOobject: writeBanner/writeDivider return Stream for easier chaining.

... also dropped some namespace bracketing while I was at it.

69918f23c5 consistency update 
- OSspecific: chmod() -> chMod(), even although it's not used anywhere

- ListOps get subset() and inplaceSubset() templated on BoolListType

- added UList<bool>::operator[](..) const specialization.
  Returns false (actually pTraits<bool>::zero) for out-of-range elements.
  This lets us use List<bool> with lazy evaluation and no noticeable
  change in performance.

- use rcIndex() and fcIndex() wherever possible.
  Could check if branching or modulus is faster for fcIndex().

- UList and FixedList get 'const T* cdata() const' and 'T* data()' members.
  Similar to the STL front() and std::string::data() methods, they return a
  pointer to the first element without needing to write '&myList[0]', recast
  begin() or violate const-ness.

95dcb6ded7 Simplify checking of container (List/HashTable, strings) sizes 
- can use 'XX.empty()' instead of 'XX.size() == 0', 'XX.size() < 1' or
  'XX.size() <= 0' or for simpler coding.
  It also has the same number of characters as '!XX.size()' and /might/ be
  more readable

- many size checking had 'XX.size() > 0', 'XX.size() != 0', or 'XX.size() >= 1'
  when a simple 'XX.size()' suffices
