10fa4fdcfd ENH: Updates to lagrangian/intermediate library to provide link to 
surface film modelling

- provides mechanism whereby particles can be re-introduced to a cloud
- new injection models
- new particle properties determined by pulling data from the surface
  film model

00015a749c ENH: Initial commit of surface film modelling functionality 
- film approximated as single layer mesh, generated using
  extrudeToRegionMesh utility

- library implemented in a hierarchy similar to lagrangian/intermediate:
  - currently includes kinematic and thermodynamic variants

- sub-models include:
  - film detachment/dripping
  - phase change (place holder only)

- works in parallel

- currently in beta status

d4d0b88988 fvData: New database (dictionary) held on the fvMesh to store residual information etc. 
This data can be used for convergence testing e.g. by a functionObject.
Other data could also be stored, e.g. global continuity errors and other reduced results.

bb1a2476fd ENH: Change concave cell checking to be based on face centres and face 
planes, rather than a vertex-by-vertex check.  Assesses concavity as
relevant to the tracking.

cf5ae6d629 ENH: Use concavity check based on face planes. 
A cell is concave if there is a face whose face-centre is outside the plane of any other face on the cell.
Another option is to check for any vertices being         outside      ,,    ,,
but this is not consistent with current tracking.

1b46e05158 BUG: allowed sliver triangle to be collapsed down to illegal 2 vertex face. 
Added simple check to disable collapsing faces to <3 vertices.

0b1fc8e0cd ENH: Changed behaviour of surfaces with zones. 
- if allowFreeStanding = false it also disables faceZones on boundaries.
- can have surfaces with faceZone but no cellZone.
