fix wmake bug introduced by a9699afbb4

- skip including java rather than having recursive includes
(and too many files open error) when WM_JAVAC_OPTION isn't defined.

Added -qmake option to specify the location of qmake which defaults to the system one.
...
The Qt version is now checked for >= 4.3.

needed to drop backwardsCompatibility/derivedFvPatchFields again
...
- as Henry pointed out, they all go into one single table.
So they'll clash with the correct incompressible versions.

- keeps sources in sync for the 1.6 release and it'll get fiddled with
