COMP: coco-cpp now installed with --prefix and without separate --exec-prefix
...
COMP: latest coco-cpp can find the frame files relative to the
executable path. This simplifies the make rules.

ENH: add C++-based wmkdepend parser (uses Coco/R grammar).
...
- This avoids dependency on lex/flex and provides better encapsulation
for buffer switching. As a result, the maximum number of open files
only corresponds to the include depth.
