Adding a pointField write to the writeTargetCellSize function to allow

comparision of the isoSurfaces created from the interpolated cell
centre values on the polyhedral dual mesh and the directly calculated
point values on the tetMesh (i.e. the raw Delaunay).

Added calcTetMesh function to write the Delaunay tet mesh out as a

proper polyMesh. This is in preparation for using the tet mesh for
post-processing.
Note that calcTetMesh must be called before calcDualMesh, as the later
destroys the indexing of the vertices. Call commented out for now.
Also: Changed all facei celli to faceI cellI.

- formatting and doxygen cleanup

removed equivalent degToRad() from engineTime

- apply scaleFactor (eg, mm->m) in PV3 reader - this looks better when
overlaying with other objects
- stop segfault when paraview exits without deleting readers first

Adding constraint of tracking motion in reduced dimension cases. Not

altering the dsmc particle's velocity - that was the problem before,
as the tracking modifies it on patch collision. Creating a local
velocity used only for the tracking destination.
