Mark Olesen 22f6b4dc06 surfMesh gets surfPointFields, surfaceFormats write() for surf mesh components
- add placeholder BoundaryMesh to surfMesh allows us to drop the
  SurfGeoMesh class and just reuse the GeoMesh class.
  Do the same for triSurface.
