Mark Olesen 4fe8ed8245 STYLE: use direct iteration for HashSet
- The iterator for a HashSet dereferences directly to its key.

- Eg,

      for (const label patchi : patchSet)
      {
          ...
      }
  vs.
      forAllConstIter(labelHashSet, patchSet, iter)
      {
          const label patchi = iter.key();
          ...
      }
