- 'unfriend' operators on dimensionSet, since they operate without
  requiring access to non-public members.

- add missing invTransform() function for dimensionSet.

- make inv(const dimensionSet&) available as
  operator~(const dimensionSet&), which can be used instead
  of (dimless/ds).
