- SubField and SubList assign from zero
- SubField +=, -=, *=, /= operators
- SubList construct from UList (as per SubField)
Note: constructing an anonymous SubField or SubList with a single
parameter should use '{} instead of '()' to avoid compiler
ambiguities.
