mattijs a7d6f2720f ENH: add for geometric transformation properties for topoSet
- added solidBodyMotionFunctions to topoSet which allows things like
  moving cellSet selection for fvOptions etc.

COMP: relocate solidBodyMotionFunctions to meshTools
