- Eg instead of using labelHashSet, used HashSet<label> which uses
  the string::hash for hashing. Other places inadvertently using the
  string::hash instead of Hash<label> for hashing.

STYLE: use Map<..> instead of HashTable<.., label, Hash<label>>

- reduces clutter
