ENH: update libs of etc/caseDicts/postProcess items
  ENH: ensure destructor=default
  ENH: ensure constness

  TUT: add examples of function objects with full set
       of settings into a TUT if unavailable
  TUT: update pisoFoam/RAS/cavity tutorial in terms of usage
