Mark Olesen 22f6b4dc06 surfMesh gets surfPointFields, surfaceFormats write() for surf mesh components
- add placeholder BoundaryMesh to surfMesh allows us to drop the
  SurfGeoMesh class and just reuse the GeoMesh class.
  Do the same for triSurface.

Provide a means of reading/writing STL files (ASCII and binary).

For efficiency, the zones are sorted before creating the faces.
The class is thus derived from MeshedSurface.
