ENH: SOURCE_CGAL_VERSIONS_ONLY workaround replaced in OpenFOAM

Unset the _foamAddLib function prior to sourcing config.sh/CGAL

DOC: restriction about mixing ThirdParty and system gmp/mpfr
     does not apply anymore.
