magneticFoam: New magnetic-field solver
...
Solver for the magnetic field generated by permanent magnets.
A Poisson's equation for the magnetic scalar potential psi is solved
from which the magnetic field intensity H and magnetic flux density B
are obtained.

- used during parcel calc() function to flag whether the parcel should be tracked
- if false, parcel not tracked, but sub-models are still active
- useful, e.g. for particle 'stick' condition
