cf5ae6d629 ENH: Use concavity check based on face planes. 
A cell is concave if there is a face whose face-centre is outside the plane of any other face on the cell.
Another option is to check for any vertices being         outside      ,,    ,,
but this is not consistent with current tracking.

1b46e05158 BUG: allowed sliver triangle to be collapsed down to illegal 2 vertex face. 
Added simple check to disable collapsing faces to <3 vertices.

0b1fc8e0cd ENH: Changed behaviour of surfaces with zones. 
- if allowFreeStanding = false it also disables faceZones on boundaries.
- can have surfaces with faceZone but no cellZone.

1a741a2259 BUG: numbering on lagrangian files was not uptodate with field vtk files 
If no particles are in cloud it does not get written. Hence it would also
not output a vtk file. Changed now to always output lagrangian data.

0686bdf1e9 ENH: simplify cpp rules to avoid absolute paths and multiple GFLAGS. 
- otherwise /lib/cpp may need a different library binding than
  currently available and results in this type of error:

  /usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/4.4/cc1:
  /data/app/OpenFOAM/ThirdParty-1.6.x/platforms/linux64/gcc-4.3.3/lib64/libstdc++.so.6:
  version `GLIBCXX_3.4.11' not found (required by
  /usr/lib64/libppl_c.so.2)

ENH: remove unused flex++ rule for SiCortex that was identical to the
general one anyhow.

fa47947f0b ENH: return the bounded volScalarField from Foam::bound() 
- this allows the bounded field to be used immediately in another
  operation (eg, within a constructor).

ENH: use bounded epsilon_ instead of (epsilon_ + epsilonMin_) in calculations.

0c8fb634f0 ENH: enforce consistent boundness on turbulence models. 
- remove epsilonSmall, omegaSmall
- k0/epsilon0/omega0 become kMin/epsilonMin/omegaMin
- add qMin/zetaMin for consistency

These files still need some attention:
    dynOneEqEddy.C
    NonlinearKEShih.C
    settlingFoam

BUG: incompressible::LESModels:dynOneEqEddy::correct()
- avoid tmp field destruction for consistency with the compressible
  version

Possible TODO:
   - set kMin to zero (instead of SMALL) and introduce kSmall
     to avoid division by zero
